About
Attorney Jaime Dursht has been practicing family and matrimonial law exclusively for well over a decade and is experienced in all phases of marital dissolution cases, complex custody matters, post-divorce actions, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and appeals.
Originally from New York, Attorney Dursht began her legal career at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she prosecuted hundreds of cases in the New York City Criminal Court. As a prosecutor, she received extensive trial training and experience, ultimately choosing to concentrate on domestic violence crimes. She enjoys courtroom advocacy and assisting individuals through the legal process.
Attorney Dursht is also a trained Collaborative Divorce professional and has completed Mediation Training at the Quinnipiac School of Law Center on Dispute Resolution. The combined experience of courtroom advocacy and Collaborative Divorce practice has given Attorney Dursht valuable insight and perspective into conflict resolution that is guided by the client’s particular goals and interests, which differ in every case.
